Specialist dossier and public brief

Write two documents from the same fixed record.

Write a specialist note for the committee

You are the editor of the fictional Bellacqua case. Write a 300–380-word Italian specialist note for committee members. Use a precise definition of «ingresso», identify the proposed three-evening protocol and the undecided re-entry rule, and distinguish voluntary comments from a population sample. State the status of Elena’s report, the €900 estimate, and the pending staff and accessibility checks. Include two nominalisations only if you name their actor or procedural status nearby. End with two numbered limits: the future count would exclude non-visitors and would not by itself establish lasting causation.

  • Il protocollo definisce ingresso ogni entrata registrata.· The protocol defines an entry as each recorded entrance.
  • La rilevazione proposta spetterebbe al personale incaricato.· The proposed measurement would be the assigned staff’s responsibility.
  • Il comitato non ha ancora adottato una delibera.· The committee has not yet adopted a resolution.
  • La stima di novecento euro non documenta una spesa sostenuta.· The nine-hundred-euro estimate does not document an incurred expense.

Write the public version and a change log

From the same record, write a 170–210-word Italian notice for library users. Lead with «the opening is still a proposal», then give the possible dates, pending checks and vote, optional feedback, and the narrow meaning of any future entry count. Explain one term at its first use and omit professional terms that add no information for residents. Add a five-line change log: specialist phrase, public phrase, what it means, whether any condition was preserved, and why the revision helps. Compare both documents line by line. Reject any change that converts a proposal into an outcome or a technical report into approval.

  • La biblioteca potrebbe aprire per tre giovedì sera in luglio.· The library might open on three Thursday evenings in July.
  • Prima il comitato deve completare le verifiche e votare.· First the committee must finish the checks and vote.
  • Se la prova si farà, conteremo le entrate.· If the trial takes place, we will count entrances.
  • Il conteggio non rappresenterà tutta la città.· The count will not represent the whole town.
