Explain expert knowledge to the public
Keep the same evidence when the reader changes.
One case, four professional readers
This Tappa extends the fictional Bellacqua library proposal. Elena’s signed report proposes three Thursday evenings in July for an estimated €900. The committee examined it but has not voted; staffing and accessibility checks remain. Chiara’s evaluation protocol is still a draft. A researcher asks what an entry count could establish, an administrator asks who may authorise the trial, an access adviser asks whether the service can be used, and a privacy reviewer asks what an optional feedback form would collect. These are different questions about the same unapproved proposal. A public explanation must keep each actor and limit visible.

Translate the function, not only the word
A specialist sentence can compress an action into a noun: «la rilevazione degli ingressi». For residents, «contare quante entrate si registrano» names the action. Do not delete the condition: this would happen only if the committee approved the trial and it took place. Define a technical term at first use, then choose whether later repetitions help or burden the reader. Say «undici dei diciotto commenti volontari», never «la maggioranza dei cittadini». Medical or legal authority must not be implied by a text that reports only a library-service proposal.
