Retrieve the process without notes
State the source of used paper, the order of production stages, the five-sheet check, who releases a batch, and what the municipal environment office receives. Then identify one sentence each for a completed event, a regular action, an internal requirement, and a general action. Check your answer against the reading and documentary transcript.

Final school-partner correction
You are CartaLuce’s process coordinator. A draft note to a school partner says: “Every sheet is inspected and the municipality certifies each notebook.” Give a 90-second Italian explanation to the school contact and write a 170–210-word corrected Italian note. Walk through the process from three schools to two shops, correct both overclaims, name the five-sheet sample and the cooperative’s internal release, and explain that the office only receives a monthly report. Use essere, venire, andare, and passive si accurately. End with what the batch code lets the team do if a defect is reported.
