Process report

Write a clear report for a fictional municipal office.

Write to the office that receives the report

You work for fictional CartaLuce. Write a 230–270-word Italian process report to the municipal environment office. Explain how paper from three schools becomes notebooks and how a batch code supports traceability. Describe sorting, pulping, pressing, drying, the five-sheet sample, the response to a defect, internal release, and delivery to two school shops. Use at least one completed essere passive, one routine venire passive, one internal-requirement andare passive, and one passive-si sentence.

  • La carta è stata raccolta nelle tre scuole.· The paper was collected at the three schools.
  • Ogni lotto viene identificato con un codice.· Each batch is identified with a code.
  • La scheda va compilata dopo il controllo.· The record sheet must be completed after the check.
  • Si esaminano cinque fogli per ogni lotto.· Five sheets are examined from each batch.

Check roles and limits

Use four short paragraphs: input and sequence; quality sample; release and distribution; the office’s report and the limits of its role. State that P-4 is an internal, fictional procedure. A five-sheet sample does not verify every page. The quality group releases a batch internally; the municipal office receives a monthly report and does not certify the notebooks. Remove any sentence that claims more.

  • Un lotto con un difetto nel campione viene isolato.· A batch with a defect in the sample is set aside.
  • Il rilascio è autorizzato dal gruppo qualità.· Release is authorised by the quality group.
  • Il controllo a campione non prova che ogni pagina sia perfetta.· A sample check does not prove that every page is perfect.
  • L’ufficio riceve il rapporto, ma non certifica i quaderni.· The office receives the report but does not certify the notebooks.
