Explain a system
Teach new workers the fictional paper process and its limits.
Two-minute induction briefing
You are a CartaLuce trainer speaking to two new workers. In two minutes, explain the path from used paper at three schools to notebooks at two school shops. Include batch coding, sorting, pulping, pressing, drying, the five-sheet sample, internal release, and distribution. Use essere for a completed example, venire for a regular step, andare for an internal requirement, and plural passive si once. Say that P-4 is internal and that the town office only receives a monthly report.
- La carta è stata raccolta lunedì in tre scuole.· The paper was collected on Monday at three schools.
- I materiali estranei vengono separati prima dell’impasto.· Foreign materials are separated before pulping.
- Ogni lotto va registrato con un codice.· Each batch must be recorded with a code.
- Si controllano cinque fogli per ogni lotto.· Five sheets are checked from each batch.
Answer a new worker’s question
A worker asks, “Does the municipal office certify every notebook?” Give a 30-second answer. Explain that the cooperative’s quality group authorises internal batch release after sampling and that the office receives a monthly summary, not a product-certification request. Repeat your process account using fewer notes. Do not say every page was inspected.
- Il gruppo qualità autorizza il rilascio interno.· The quality group authorises internal release.
- Cinque fogli sono controllati a campione, non tutte le pagine.· Five sheets are sampled, not every page.
- L’ufficio comunale riceve un rapporto mensile.· The municipal office receives a monthly report.
- Il rapporto non equivale a una certificazione del prodotto.· The report is not a product certification.
