The weekend dossier uses practical words that Sara must understand before she can act. Learn each noun with its article and each verb with the words that normally follow it. Separate a scheduled time from an updated time.

Planning and public discussion
Use these expressions when a plan changes or a public decision is still open. A step-free route is a concrete access detail. An observation is information to collect; it is not the same as a final decision.
