Final communication mission
The neighbourhood council asks for a 180–220 word consultation note after the fictional community panel. Write a neutral summary for councillors who were not present. State the proposed trial and its limited hours, explain Sofia's benefit, Gianni's delivery concern, and Amina's access condition, then list two matters to monitor during a three-month trial. End with a conditional recommendation, not an announcement of approval. Use one cause, one result, one contrast, and one concession connector to show how the arguments relate.
- Sofia chiede più spazio per incontrarsi, mentre Gianni vuole consegne sicure.· Sofia asks for more meeting space, while Gianni wants reliable deliveries.
- Dato che il percorso deve restare libero, si misurerà lo spazio.· Because the route must remain clear, the space will be measured.
- Anche se le opinioni sono diverse, tutti chiedono una valutazione.· Although views differ, everyone asks for an assessment.
- Raccomando la prova solo se le condizioni saranno scritte e verificate.· I recommend the trial only if the conditions are written and checked.
