Final communication mission
Your Italian host family asks why you arrived after midnight. Give a 60–90 second spoken account of the train incident. Describe the station and weather, explain how you boarded the wrong train, say what the conductor and station employee told you, and finish with your arrival in Florence. Use at least three imperfetto forms for background, four passato prossimo forms for completed events, and clear sequence words. Your listeners must be able to retell the problem and solution.
