Final communication mission
Your train to Bologna is delayed, and the hotel confirmation shows one night instead of the two nights you requested. Record a 60–90 second call to the hotel. Give your name and booking dates, explain both problems, ask whether you can arrive after 22:00, and request a corrected two-night confirmation. Ask one question about breakfast or luggage. Use polite forms and at least two articulated prepositions. The receptionist must know what to correct and when to expect you.
